Q - My video has no sound on my website.

A - Whilst we cannot answer technical problems about your website, this is a common issue for Wix websites. Wix does not support video sound directly (though they may change this soon), so you will have to install an app. Go to the +Add tab in Wix editor and scroll down to video. You can add Youtube, for example, and link to your video (obviously you will have to upload your video to Youtube first), or the same for Vimeo etc, or add a video app like iPlayer, but note you will have to pay a subscription to iPlayer if you exceed a certain bandwidth usage per month.


Q - What copy should I write for my adverts?

A - Again, these are not questions we can answer. If you need training about marketing and advertising then there are lots of people offering online courses that you can try. Alison is a free resource you can use for information on many subjects, including how to advertise on Google and social media, as well as free courses about advertising copy.


Q - I do not have a Paypal account, so can I still purchase?

A - Yes. Even though we use Paypal for all our transactions, you can still pay by card via Paypal even if you do not have a Paypal account.

If paying by card click on the card icons, which will take you to Paypal's secure servers.


Q - Can I render my video to a different size?

A - You will have to use a video editing software like Easy Video Maker in order to re-render the video to a different size.
